We offer personal training for those in the Nottingham area, and online coaching for people all over the world. Whether you’re completely new to the gym/fitness, or have a good training background, we’ll tailor a plan to suit you.
Learn moreThe Nutrition Plan started with Jules’ work with her 1:1 personal training clients. Focusing on her clients nutrition made such a huge difference to their training, results, confidence, happiness, and overall lifestyle that she decided to try to help as many people as possible take control of their health through their diet.
In 2018 Jules lost her Dad, her best friend and biggest business supporter, due to a heart attack. He was 64, far too young, and this unexpected tragedy was largely a result of poor diet & lifestyle choices which put so much stress on his heart. This event strengthened Jules’ belief in the importance of the general population having a good understanding of diet and nutrition and it became her mission to simplify the science, eradicate the myths, and bring good nutrition practises into as many lives as possible. This coupled with her own battles with disordered eating, give The Nutrition Plan the purpose, drive, and experience to transform lives all around the world.
