2 chicken breasts
150ml passata
1 tbsp tomato puree
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp origano
3/4 tsp garlic powder/ tsp lazy garlic
70g Eatlean grated cheese
Oven proof dish
Step 1: Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees
Step 2: Butterfly two chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper on both sides
Step 3: Fry for three minutes on either side then transfer into an oven proof dish
Step 4: While chicken is frying; mix passata, tomato puree, garlic and herbs in a bowl
Step 5: Cover the chicken in the oven proof dish with the sauce you have just made
Step 6: Sprinkle with your grated cheese
Step 7: Top each chicken breast how you like, you can make each different to personal tastes
Step 8: Cook in the oven for 15 minutes
Step 9: Serve with fresh salad, enjoy!
