Mocha smoothie

Ingredients:

150g Fage 0% yoghurt (or fat free quark)

30g unflavoured or vanilla flavoured protein

2 tbsp cocoa powder

100ml espresso

Ice & water

Needed:

Blender

Ice

Instructions

Step 1: place all ingredients in Nutribullet or equivalent blender

Step 2: add a handful of ice cubes and fill with water until ingredients covered in the cup

Step 3: blend until smooth - add more water or ice until the consistency you prefer

Step 4: enjoy!

You can add frozen banana or oats to this recipe to increase calories/carbs or a tablespoon of nut butter to increase fats - just make sure you track these too!
