I have recently had the pleasure of trying some of the incredible produce from Swaledale Butchers, and yes it's all that good it deserves it's own blog post!
Swaledale is a Yorkshire based specialist butchery with a whole-carcass, nose-to-tail philosophy for nutrient-dense, grass-fed meat. They have an incredible website, with exceptional customer service and speedy delivery across the UK. You can search by cuts of meat, or you can browse their selection of carefully put together boxes; I tried the Nutritionist's meat box (of course) and was not disappointed!
In addition to the incredible quality of the products from Swaledale, the recipe's and cooking tips that you can find on their website really make the service! There were some cuts that I'd not tried before, but after reading the cooking advice on the website I was able to prepare the things I was less confident with, in a way I was very happy with!
The flat iron steaks were my personal favourite from the Nutritionist's Meat Box, and I'll certainly be ordering again!
If you're after some really high quality produce delivered to your door for great prices, I'd recommend checking them out - they deliver next day to the whole of the UK (excluding Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and some parts of Scotland)
