50g oats
50g egg whites
50g frozen raspberries
20g chocolate protein powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
Fry light spray
Microwave & oven
Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees
Step 2: In a bowl place oats, 50g egg whites, and a little water so oats are covered with liquid. Stir and microwave until a gloopy mixture
Step 3: Stir in protein powder and baking powder (add a little more water if needed to stop the mixture being stiff)
Step 4: Scoop half mixture into an oven proof dish. Place frozen raspberries on top
Step 5: Empty other half of oat mixture so raspberry layer is covered. Spray top with fry light oil
Step 6: Cook for 10-15 minutes and enjoy!
