High protein banana pancakes

We finally found the perfect recipe for a delicious pancake stack with ingredients you'll having lying around the house! This will make roughly 10 pancakes, calories/macros are given for a serving of 2 pancakes

Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats

2 eggs

118g egg whites

1 medium banana

50g protein powder

4 tsp baking powder

1 pinch cinnamon

Topping ideas:

Low calorie syrups

Low calorie chocolate spread

Natural yoghurt and berries

Lemon & granulated sweetener

Instructions

Step 1: Blend all ingredients in a blend and blend until smooth

Step 2: Place a clean frying pan on medium heat and spray with fry light

Step 3: Spoon some mixture into the middle of the pan, roughly the size of a standard American pancake, flip half way until both sides golden brown.

Step 4: Set aside, re-spray pan, and move on to the next! Stack your pancakes and top as you like!
