1 cup rolled oats
2 eggs
118g egg whites
1 medium banana
50g protein powder
4 tsp baking powder
1 pinch cinnamon

Lemon & granulated sweetener
Step 1: Blend all ingredients in a blend and blend until smooth
Step 2: Place a clean frying pan on medium heat and spray with fry light
Step 3: Spoon some mixture into the middle of the pan, roughly the size of a standard American pancake, flip half way until both sides golden brown.
Step 4: Set aside, re-spray pan, and move on to the next! Stack your pancakes and top as you like!
