30g oats
20g protein powder
100ml egg whites
100ml almond milk
Toppings to your taste
Microwave
Step 1. Measure oats into a bowl and cover with water. Microwave for 1 minute.
Step 2. Stir, then add 50ml egg white and microwave for another minute.
Step 3. Stir, add another 50ml egg white and microwave for another minute
Step 4. Stir, add 20g protein powder and almond milk to a runny consistency. Microwave for 1 minute.
Top as you like, and enjoy!
