5 Salted Caramel Fibre One bars
60g 0% fat yoghurt
80g white chocolate
1 Lotus Biscoff biscuit
Food processor
Step 1: Blitz 1 pack of salted caramel Fibre One bars in a food processor with 60g 0% fat yoghurt
Step 2: Roll mixture into 10 balls and then place on a tray into the freezer to set for 30 mins
Step 3: Once they have set, melt 80g white chocolate in the microwave and coat each ball one by one
Step 4: Crush up a Lotus Biscoff biscuit and sprinkle on top
Step 5: Set in the fridge for a further 30 minutes and enjoy!
