Low calorie jelly sweets

A super low calorie fix to that sweet craving: jelly sweets you don't need to feel guilty about!

Ingredients:

23g sachet Hartley's sugar free jelly

12g sachet geletine

200ml water

Needed:

Measuring jug

Silicon moulds or a Tupperware

Kettle

Instructions

Step 1. Boil the kettle and pour 200ml boiling water into a measuring jug

Step 2. Add sachet of gelatine and sachet of sugar free jelly - stir until fully dissolved

Step 3. Pour mix into individual silicon moulds. If you don't have these pour the mix so it lines the bottom of a Tupperware container

Step 4. Put in the fridge to set for at least 90 minutes

Step 5. Turn out the silicon moulds and enjoy! If you put the mix into a Tupperware, slice into desired amount of portions and enjoy.

* You can keep these in a Tupperware container in the fridge and eat whenever you like. You can also split the mixture into as many silicon moulds, or cut into as many pieces as you like depending on what size and how many you want.

The total mixture is 48 calories, it's up to you how you consume them!
